"Is it okay to say I didn't think about it?" she blinked her innocent big eyes and asked cautiously.
"I'm going to hit you!" Su Yueze raised his palm, pretending to strike.
Shen Hanqian raised her purse to shield her head, taking a defensive stance.
Su Yueze lowered his hand, smiling as he listened to her.
Shen Hanqian put down her purse, sat up straight, and as she averted her gaze, she said, "You've gotten quite tanned, and your face is peeling. You need to hydrate!"
Su Yueze also seemed to have lost some weight, which was evidence of a truly tough time and training outside in the wild.
"Yeah, I was just thinking of inviting you to go to the hot springs! Let's go, we can leave now, stay there for the night, and come back tomorrow morning!" he arranged, speaking as though she had no choice but to agree.
"No, I need to go home and cook for my son!" Shen Hanqian said.
