<[New Fanfic Is UP: [Naruto: I Have A Gravity Training Room]>
After lunch.
"Mai-nee, you're so beautiful~"
"Oh, not at all. Asuna, you're very beautiful too! And your cooking skills are amazing. Kirito is really lucky."
The two women, one older and one younger, had already bonded like sisters over just one meal.
Kirito glanced at them, then turned his gaze to the sky.
He never expected this.
His master, who looked like he was in his thirties, was actually a man in his sixties or seventies.
And Mr. Madara was even more exaggerated—over ninety years old and nearing a century.
Now, Kirito didn't even dare to imagine how long the so-called "God of Creation" had lived.
It was said that some of the "Primordial Gods" had lived for thousands or even tens of thousands of years. Then the "God of Creation" who brought them into this world must have lived even longer.
And his identity had changed dramatically overnight.
According to Mai-nee,
He was now considered a high-ranking officer in Akatsuki, the governing body of the ninja world under the Pokémon League. In short, if he wanted, he could secure a respectable position within the Pokémon League.
If he were to go to the ninja world, his status and reputation would be even higher.
While Kirito was still trying to process all of this, Asuna had no such concerns.
She wasn't directly related to Madara and Izuna—she was simply Kirito's girlfriend. So none of this really affected her much.
Besides, in Japan, her own background wasn't low either. She was practically the princess of one of the wealthiest families. But even then, she never really thought of herself as different from ordinary people.
Even if she was just Kirito's girlfriend, or even if Dak took her in as his disciple, she would still act the same. No one treated her any differently.
"So, what are your plans for the afternoon?"
Mai suddenly asked.
"Nothing in particular. We were thinking of going out to look for jobs."
Kirito and Asuna exchanged a glance and answered honestly.
"Then why don't you go back and bring that girl, Lisbeth, here? Let's have a gathering tonight so everyone can get to know each other. From now on, we're family, and we can help each other out."
Mai nodded, giving them a friendly reminder. Then she looked at Kirito.
"You should also meet your three senior disciples."
"Huh? I have senior disciples?"
Kirito was dumbfounded. Izuna had never mentioned this before.
"Yes, you have two senior brothers and one senior sister. You're the youngest—Uncle Izuna's last disciple."
Mai nodded again, then suddenly recalled something.
"I remember that Uncle Izuna never planned to take another disciple. But Uncle Dak said it would be a pity if his swordsmanship had no successor, so he convinced him to take you in."
"I see."
Kirito was surprised to learn this.
He hadn't expected his apprenticeship under Izuna to be connected to Arceus.
Now, he was really curious—if his senior disciples didn't study Izuna's swordsmanship, then what did they learn?
Kirito had no idea that swordsmanship was only a small part of Izuna's strength.
"Then what about Lisbeth? Does she have senior disciples too?"
Asuna asked on behalf of her best friend.
"Of course. In the ninja world, passing down one's abilities is an extremely important tradition. So both my father and Uncle Izuna took in disciples. They even forced Uncle Dak to take some as well."
Mai explained the customs of the ninja world before adding,
"My father took in four disciples. Lisbeth was the last one—the other three are all men."
"Did Mr. Madara take in disciples because he didn't have an heir to pass down a specific ability to?"
Asuna assumed Lisbeth's situation was similar to Kirito's.
"No, no. Unlike Uncle Izuna, my father's three disciples inherited all of his abilities that could be passed down. The only things they couldn't inherit were the unique abilities of the Uchiha Clan. Even Lisbeth couldn't inherit those… and besides, he still has me."
Mai shook her head without hesitation.
Madara's abilities had been completely passed down to his daughter and his three disciples.
As Madara's daughter, Mai had undergone the most rigorous training and education. Her development covered all areas—Dojutsu, Ninjutsu, and Taijutsu.
If Izuna hadn't stopped him due to the risks involved, Madara had even planned to have Orochimaru and Hiruko implant Zetsu cells into Mai when she was a child.
Madara's ultimate goal was to mold Mai into a second version of himself—someone with unparalleled strength to uphold the new ninja world that he and Dak had worked so hard to establish.
However, despite being a genius, Mai's maternal bloodline wasn't very strong.
In the ninja world, where bloodline and genetics were paramount, this meant her talent was slightly inferior compared to Madara and Izuna.
While she had learned everything Madara knew, she wasn't the best at any of them. The only thing that Madara's three disciples couldn't inherit was her Dojutsu.
As for the rest—
Senju Nawaki had perfectly inherited Hashirama's genes and had recently begun training in Sage Mode, inheriting all of Madara's Wood Release techniques.
Uzumaki Nagato had an extremely high aptitude for ninjutsu, and with his vast chakra reserves, his future ninjutsu prowess could potentially rival Madara's.
Might Guy needed no explanation. Madara had already determined that Guy's future achievements in Taijutsu would surpass the entire ninja world—even himself.
"Ah? Then…"
Asuna stiffened, unable to finish her sentence.
"I don't know why my father decided to take in one more disciple either… But it probably had something to do with Uncle Dak. He loves stirring up excitement."
Mai crossed her arms, then smirked.
"Haha, surprising, right? That legendary figure admired by thousands is actually so unserious in private."
"…He was like that during the SAO beta test too."
Asuna had no idea, but Kirito did.
He still remembered that Dak once created a female avatar named Cynthia.
And if Kirito remembered correctly…
In the final battle on SAO's 100th floor ten days ago, Dak had wielded something completely absurd. At the time, Kirito thought it was a bug.
What kind of final boss fights with a mop covered in filth?!
Now, with Mai's additional insights, Kirito finally got a clearer picture of Dak's personality.
"Come with me. You two can stay here from now on. Have you… already moved in together?"
Mai found them a room and then looked at them curiously.
Asuna froze, glancing at Kirito. As a girl, she found this question a bit awkward to answer.
"No problem. We're already living together."
Kirito, on the other hand, was completely unfazed.
Now that he had a connection to Izuna, he no longer considered Mai an outsider, so he answered directly.
"Alright, then this will be your room. After you bring Lisbeth here in the afternoon, take her out for a walk and get familiar with the area."
"Got it." x2
With that, Kirito and Asuna chose to log out.
Since the gathering was scheduled to start at 8 PM, they needed to make arrangements in advance to avoid any sudden interruptions from their families.
For Kirito, things were simple—he just had to close the Gym for a while. He didn't have many real-world friends, mostly online acquaintances.
Asuna, however, was in a different situation. Her family's status was special, and sudden evening banquets or social visits were common occurrences.
On top of that, she still needed to contact Lisbeth.
Fortunately, it didn't take long. After about an hour, both of them logged back in.
"Let's pick up Lisbeth first?"
"Now that I think about it… where's Hariyama? Shouldn't he be here too?"
As they were preparing to go to the factory to pick up Lisbeth, they suddenly realized that they hadn't seen Lisbeth's Pokémon at all.
Curious, they went to ask Mai, who was still training in the courtyard.
"Hariyama? He's probably with my father in the ninja world. That little guy gets put through all kinds of hellish training."
Mai replied casually without stopping her movements.
"Mai-nee, isn't everyone supposed to be power-restricted on Pokémon Island? What exactly are you training?"
Asuna curiously watched Mai, who was practicing a rather bizarre martial art.
It looked kind of like…
An elderly man having a seizure?
"This is called the Lightning Five-Strike Whip. Uncle Dak taught it to me. He said it's a very powerful martial art, and he only taught it to me."
Mai lifted her chin with pride.
Since she was the youngest among them, despite being quite grown-up, she was doted on by everyone—whether at the Breeding House or within the Pokémon League.
Even the younger Sugar and Perona took care of her.
"…"
Kirito and Asuna silently watched for a few moments, exchanging looks filled with unspoken thoughts.
After several minutes of contemplation, they quietly walked away without saying a word.
But deep down, their impression of Dak, the Legendary Leader had changed yet again.
Likes messing with the younger generation.
If Dak ever found out about this, he would protest his innocence. If Mai didn't enjoy teasing him, he wouldn't have bothered pranking her in return.
The journey was long. By the time they finally brought the logged-in Lisbeth back to the mansion, it was already evening—they had spent nearly four to five hours.
Just the round trip took two hours, plus they stopped to chat with Naomi for a while. Lisbeth, like a curious cat, kept stopping to examine random things, delaying them further.
By the time the three returned, it was already past 5 PM.
"Mai-nee!"
The moment Lisbeth saw the valiant-looking older sister in the courtyard, she immediately bowed politely.
Unlike Kirito and Asuna, she recognized at a glance that Mai was Madara's daughter.
Because Mai had many features resembling Madara, and only someone like Lisbeth—who had spent ten months as Madara's little shadow—could notice them.
