"I will," he said, determined to do anything for her safety.
"Anyway, I don't want it," Ye Ranran sat with her back to Jun Mochan.
"Then will you follow me?" Jun Mochan took a step back.
"Why would I follow you when I have my own job? Can't I just go to the company?"
"You can, but if something happens to you, I will take One's life."
Ye Ranran's pupils contracted, as if she hadn't expected him to say that.
"I mean what I say, so Ranran, do you now know what to do?" Jun Mochan held her in his arms.
Ye Ranran didn't move, allowing him to embrace her.
At night, Ye Ranran did not sleep well. She kept dreaming that One was lying in a pool of blood because of her.
Seeing her furrowed brows, Jun Mochan sighed and smoothed her forehead.
