After having lunch with Lu Yinchu, Li Weihuan left, leaving behind the property transfer agreement that Han Qing had given him with Lu Yinchu.
Lu Yinchu didn't leave right away. His eyes were fixed on the document. He lit another cigarette and took a deep drag.

He remembered what Li Weihuan had said to him before he left—
"Right now, I dare not desire anything, especially anything related to Nanxi."
"But there's one thing I want, I hope both you and Nanxi will not let anyone down."
"Especially you, Uncle. You owe me a favor. I hope you won't let your nephew down."
He cracked a smile. His nephew, Li Weihuan, seemed to be maturing and growing up.
Lu Yinchu picked up the phone and made a call. It was to Li Mufang.
"I intend to get Weihuan into politics. How do you feel about the Land Bureau?" Lu Yinchu asked.
Li Mufang paused, not entirely understanding Lu Yinchu's intentions. "Uncle?"
