Everyone knows this saying, and the truths and familiar tragic stories behind it, even a three-year-old has some knowledge of it. Yet, from ancient times to the present, gambling has never disappeared, no matter how hard the government has tried to promote, enact policies, and suppress it… Basically, everything that could be done has been done, and more than once. Gambling still has not vanished; this chronic ailment, rooted in the adventurous nature of intelligent beings, is destined to persist, devouring one poor soul after another who steps into the gamble with hope.
