After some thought, Peter Brown simply took off the certification he was wearing and put it into his Elixir Sea. Having done that, Peter Brown altered his appearance once again through disguise.
After completing that, Peter Brown headed toward the Fourth Layer.
As he walked, Peter Brown had a thought. The certification had a certain sensing ability, so why didn't he use it to detect others? As long as he sensed someone, he could just collect it.
The more he thought about it, the more he felt this was feasible.
With that in mind, Peter Brown put his certification back on and continued walking while sensing his surroundings.
Peter Brown did not plan to go too deep too quickly. As long as he sensed someone, his plan was to ambush and seize what he could.
Now, some people had gained their certification and left, but many others, especially those from the Flame Star Region, had not. They held many certifications, and they were Peter Brown's targets.
