Quick Arrow Zone
Everyone entered the dome Yu Tian had crafted from Yuan Magnetic Stone, channeling their energy to push it forward. The Yuan Magnetic Stone wasn't just renowned for its durability—it was also incredibly heavy, impossible to move with physical strength alone unless one specialized in body training.
"Let's go."
Yu Tian gave a slight nod upon seeing everyone safely inside the dome and strode ahead. Unlike the others, who were too weak to resist the arrows, he had no reason to fear mere projectiles.
Whish!
The moment Yu Tian stepped onto the bridge, he heard a rustling behind him—clearly, the group was pushing the Yuan Magnetic Stone to follow him.
The Quick Arrow Zone was a long, narrow bridge flanked by water on both sides. From what Yu Tian had heard, dragon-shaped statues lined the path, firing arrows at anyone attempting to cross.
Though these dragon statues were lethally dangerous to cultivators from The Four God's Countries, they were nothing to Yu Tian.
Splash!
Splash!
Splash!
Suddenly, water erupted into the sky as dozens of golden dragon statues emerged along the Quick Arrow Zone. Their jaws opened, and something sharp shot out at blinding speed.
Swish!
Swish!
Swish!
Razor-sharp arrows launched from the dragons' mouths, hurtling toward the group hiding inside the Yuan Magnetic Stone dome—while a barrage targeted Yu Tian at the front.
The arrows were so fast they reached Yu Tian in an instant. Yet, abruptly, their momentum died, freezing in mid-air just one meter away from him.
Pang!
Pang!
Pang!
Unlike the arrows halted near Yu Tian, the rest slammed into the dome with fierce, resonant impacts. But not a single scratch marred its surface.
"This is astonishing… Even the shockwaves couldn't penetrate this dome…"
The Black Iron King muttered in awe, running his fingers along the inner walls. This level of craftsmanship and forging far surpassed his current understanding.
"Is this man truly remarkable? He just seems like a mortal who enjoys showing off," the Crown Prince of the Black Iron Kingdom sneered, staring at Yu Tian outside. He detected nothing special about him—no oppressive aura like other powerhouses or kings. Yu Tian seemed like an ordinary, unnoticeable mortal.
"Fool!!"
The Black Iron King suddenly roared and struck his son without hesitation, his gaze icy. "How dare you question His Majesty?"
The slap was so forceful the Crown Prince staggered, drawing everyone's attention to the unfolding drama between father and son.
"Old Man Iron, were you in your right mind when you chose this idiot as Crown Prince?"
The Dayu War Emperor mocked, eyeing the stunned prince, who was still reeling from the blow.
"It seems I spoiled you too much, letting you grow into such an ignorant fool," the Black Iron King said coldly. He'd never expected the son he'd raised with care to be this inept. "Perhaps it's best to strip you of your title and let Yan'er succeed me. At least he understands what's best for the kingdom—and how to recruit talents like Luo Zheng."
"I apologize for my son's insolence. I beg your forgiveness."
Without hesitation, the Black Iron King bowed deeply to Zhuqing. Though furious, the prince was still his beloved son—he didn't want to see him killed.
"Impossible. Those who insult Brother Tian must die."
Zhuqing's eyes flashed violet, and the shadow of a cat flickered behind her before vanishing.
Pang!
With a dull thud, the body possessed by the Crown Prince collapsed. His soul had been obliterated by Zhuqing.
Despite Zhuqing's power being only at the Soul Saint level (comparable to the Tyrant Profound Realm), she was invincible in The Four God's Countries. Here, the strongest were at the Divine Sea realm, while Zhuqing's power rivaled Divine Extremity—making her untouchable. Even without her original body, her soul's strength far surpassed her physical form, allowing her to annihilate the prince's soul in a single move. His spirit had been a weak one, clinging to the dragon clan member's body only due to a soul core.
"..."
The others stared at the lifeless body on the ground, now just a corpse again. A chill ran through their souls—they could easily imagine themselves in the prince's place and could feel nothing but terror.
"You did well disposing of that trash."
Nianyun patted Zhuqing's shoulder approvingly. "Those who insult Master deserve annihilation. Had I not hesitated to harm a descendant of my clan, I'd have dragged his soul into my inner world and tortured it for eternity."
Though her words were calm, they sent shivers down everyone's spines. No one dared speak—not even the Black Iron King, who clenched his fists until blood dripped from his palms. Silently, he continued onward with the group.
