The morning sun filtered through the curtains, casting a soft glow across the bedroom. Liu Duoduo stretched lazily, feeling the warmth of the blanket wrapped around her. The house was unusually quiet—too quiet. Normally, Nuonuo would already be running around, chattering excitedly about whatever new idea had popped into his head.
Just as she was about to close her eyes again, the bedroom door burst open with a loud bang.
"Mummy! Daddy! Wake up!" Nuonuo's excited voice filled the room.
