Hundreds fell down the gorge at least 3 meters deep. It spanned hundreds of meters away, and they didn't know where it ended.
The only thing they knew was that it formed just within a hundred meters from the sentries, and this was where a lot of the Basset citizens were since most of their slaves were already in the front lines, attacking the walls directly.
Because of the tremor, more and more people fell, and they fell on top of each other.
Even if they were high level, gravity still did its work on them. Worse, there were small spikes all over the floor. While, for most people of decent levels, it wasn't fatal, it sure hurt like heck.
"WHA—"

The people gasped and couldn't react fast enough. Some tried to push others off of them, but the reaction was a large pushback, making things worse.
A few were smarter and tried to get to the edge and climb up. However, before they could compose themselves, the ground shook again.
