Su Jiyai's brows furrowed when she saw Mei.
What was Mei doing there? Was Mei following her?
A hint of anger appeared in Su Jiyai's eyes.
Mei, however, was completely unaware of Su Jiyai's fury and said,
"I will inform others about your betrayal."
Su Jiyai transformed back to her human form.
Due to the complete bloodline awakening, she no longer needed mutated fire zombie crystals to come back to her human form.
"What betrayal?" Su Jiyai asked in a puzzled voice.
The other wolves exchanged glances and glared at Mei with a ferocious look in their eyes. Their body tensed, and they looked ready to attack the second Su Jiyai gave them command.
Mei scoffed,
"What betrayal? Ragnar, you are helping these monsters! You are making them more powerful than humans!"
Su Jiyai blinked. For a second, she didn't know whether to laugh or be mad.
"I'm not helping monsters," she said slowly. "They're not monsters, Mei. They're just… different."
Mei's eyes widened in disbelief.
