With everything settled and everyone ready to go about their respective jobs, Andrew asked Terra and Aqua not to leave, as he wanted to discuss a few things with them. While everything that needed to be done had already been discussed, the main plan they had was for Andrew to break the seventh divine seal, and for that, he needed sex and beautiful women.
Andrew's stigma about using women as sources of power had long since faded. He now understood that his role in this world couldn't be limited by his half-baked morals. While he didn't intend to go around grabbing women, he would be much more proactive in his relationships.
Going out on the streets and flirting with women this way was ineffective, so Andrew planned to do something else. Terra and Aqua, although confined to maintain the seal of the fallen god, didn't prevent them from knowing what was happening in the city.
