As Robin entered the car, Joe took his seat on the driver's.
"Are you ready, sir?" Joe asked before starting the engine.
"I'm way too ready." Robin answered, calmly sitting down while crossing his legs.
"Alright, here we go." The engine roared and Robin felt something unfamiliar.
"Oh, my. What's happening?" Robin asked, almost yelling.
"I forgot to inform you that this is a flying car." Joe said casually as the car started to fly slowly in the air.
"Now, this... IS VERY COOL!" Robin said loudly as he looked out the window, rolling it down. "Take care, Flint, Dory!" He waved at the guardians of his house happily and both of them waved back while flashing a bright smile.
"I know you didn't expect it, sir. This car of yours is the latest version." Joe explained briefly.
"My... my car?" Robin asked as he looked at Joe.
"Yes, sir. I don't need to explain more, I guess." Joe said as he drove calmly.
"Alright, alright. I'm pretty rich in this world, huh." Robin shrugged, grinning. "Anyway, why are we flying?"
"There's another town here up in the sky, sir, and that's where your office is." Joe replied.
"Oh, okay. That sounds so cool. I guess, I'll be flying whenever I'm going to my office, then." Robin said, laughing.
After that, Robin's eyes caught a beautiful city floating around in the sky. It was like another dream coming true, having to work or live up in the sky.
"Welcome to Destiny, sir." Joe said and Robin smiled brightly.
Joe parked the car as he saw his master couldn't wait to get out of the car and explore the city.
"That's your office." Joe pointed at a tall building as they managed to get out of the car.
"Unite? That building has like 100 floors..." Robin jaw dropped, looking at the building Joe pointed at.
"120 to be exact, sir." Joe replied as they were about to walk in. "Mr. Gerald will be waiting in a room at the 90th floor."
"What?! How are we getting there in no time?" They entered the building and Robin looked around.
"Every floor has these 2 rooms to get to another floor. You just need to press this small green button and say the number of the floor you want to be at. Try it, sir." Joe said as he dragged Robin into a small but comfortable room. He pointed at the button on the door as he explained.
"Alright, alright." Robin fixed his clothes and pressed the button. "90." He said.
They were suddenly brought to the 90th floor. There was a big sign with '90' written on it in from of them.
"Wow... That was way too fast..." Robin froze in his place.
. . .
As they walked into the room called 'Room A-3', Mr. Gerald was already sitting on a chair, facing the door.
"There you are, our top agent, Robin Adams and his new assistant, Joe Smith. Come, sit." Mr. Gerald quickly stood up and greeted the two warmly.
"Oh, hello there, Mr. Gerard!" Robin shook hands with Mr. Gerald.
"It's Gerald, Robin." Mr. Gerald replied.
"I already told him, Mr. Gerald." Joe spoke as they took their seats.
"My bad, Mr. Gerard. Is it correct this time?" Robin asked, grinning.
"Absolutely correct. Well done, well done." Mr. Gerald answered and Joe sighed. "Now that we're here, is there anything you want to ask, Robin?"
Robin inhaled and exhaled sharply, positioning himself to face Mr. Gerald directly.
"Oh, yeah. I have so many questions. First of all, why did you choose me to come here? How is this possible? I mean, it's really cool that it makes me think it's also illegal to have me feel amazed at these things that only happen in my dreams. How are my clothes clean when I just need to spray that pink thingy and not by cleaning them properly? I-"
"Robin, Robin. You better stop there... Look, I know about your situation right now but about all those things, you can only ask your assistant. He knows more than I do. I'm here for the mission, alright? Since I think you didn't know anything, let me just brief you two for now."
"A-alright, Mr. Gerard... My bad, I got carried away. Kindly lead us for the mission."
