Abilities: They can manipulate basic elemental magic (fire, water, earth, wind) but their influence doesn't extend far beyond cities or villages.

Example: An Angel Rank character might summon a lightning storm that ravages a small village, or an earthquake that destroys a few miles of terrain.

Planetary Scaling: As they advance in rank, these characters can influence entire regions. Their ability to manipulate natural elements and light or dark energies becomes stronger, able to change the landscape or cause cataclysmic events over vast regions of a planet.
