It took him a few weeks before Dexter got the nerve to actually call the person, he knew Heather wants him to meet.
It took more than three rings before the other person answered his call.
He heard him sigh before speaking, "Are you going to ask for another battle? I told you Dexter, you won't win with your current mind set. No matter how many times we do this."

The other person frowned when he heard no reply from Dexter, who would usually start telling him of how amazing he was.
This person was a man in his late thirty's, clean cut hair and clean face. He wears a rectangular eye glass that makes him look intimidating despite his good looks behind it.
"It is abnormal that you aren't shooting your mouth the moment I answer the phone. What is the problem? Could you possibly have finally lost an official hearing? Isn't that why I kept telling you to be more serious in your cases? Surely sooner or later you will face someone who is very much capable in bending things over."
