But Silja stubbornly walked towards the railing. Donovan held her steady in his arms.
"I want to try something," Silja said.
"What?" Donovan narrowed his eyes.
"I want to check my powers," Silja looked at him.
Donovan's pupils dilated as soon as he heard that.
"As a witch l have a strong connection to nature. Nature is what I can control right. Then let's see what happens here?" She looked up in the closed sky where clouds were roaring. Donovan understood what she wanted to do.
"There is a spell in the book. I want to try it,"
"Are you sure?" Donovan asked. Silja could see anxiety in his eyes.
"You don't trust me?" Silja asked.
"Whenever you use your powers you faint or get sick," Donovan has noticed the pattern. Whenever Silja had an outburst of her powers her body suffered and she needed to rest for many days to recover. And it was true, generating such power can be dangerous for her own body. And he didn't want to let her do that.
