"I'LL SHOW YOU TO MESS WITH ME! FEEL THE WRATH OF MY TRUE POWER!!!" Rolgith screams at them in anger.
As he says that, a green shroud starts surrounding him.
"You see that? What the hell is it?!" Akihira Asks Ichitsu.
"Yeah, I see it. It looks like a visual representation of his power or something." Ichitsu Replies.
"You should've never messed with me!" Rolgith says.
"NOW DIE! Corruption!!"
Projectiles of acid suddenly started forming from the acid in his body and started to launch toward Akihira and Ichitsu, they both are barely able to dodge them.
"Damn, these things are fast. Don't let those things touch you, they look like they're corrosive." Ichitsu Warns Akihira.
"Yeah, I can literally see the ground melting right in front of me. You don't need to tell me that it's dangerous." Akihira says.
"HAHAHA! If You have time to squabble between yourselves then I will just end your miserable lives." Rolgith says.
Rolgith then starts running towards them, Ichitsu puts his sword up in Rolgith's direction while barely dodging the projectiles.
"DIEE!!!" Rolgith screams.
Ichitsu prepares to counter but Rolgith was too fast and Ichitsu gets cut. The shock of the pain made him unable to move for a few seconds, in that time a projectile hit him in the chest, making him drop to the ground.
"Damn it! he's going after Sugita. I have to get up, can't break the promise I made to Mr. Fukuhei!" Ichitsu thought to himself.
"I WANT YOU TWO TO SUFFER AS MUCH AS YOU CAN AND FOR THAT I'LL NEED TO KILL THIS LITTLE DOLL YOU CARE ABOUT SO MUCH." Rolgith says in a menacing tone.
Just as Rolgith was about to pierce through Sugita with his acid sword. Akihira came in between them, causing akihira to get stabbed.
"I told you, I won't let you hurt her." Akihira says as he coughs out blood.
Rolgith then removes his sword as painfully as possible.
"AGHHHHHH!!" Akihira screams in pain.
"You humans infuriate me. Throwing your lives away for someone else, how pitiful." Rolgith says to Akihira and Ichitsu.
Rolgith was just about to finish off Akihira when suddenly, something big in the sky suddenly appeared. Someone jumped off it and talked to Rolgith.
"Hey Rolgith, why are you wasting your time with these pieces of trash? The King has summoned the 5." The Mysterious person said to Rolgith.
"Yeah, just wait let me fini-"
Rolgith was interrupted as the Mysterious Man's eyes shone a purple color, then a light purple aura appeared around him, Akihira and Ichitsu felt like the air around them had gotten heavy, but it was just his power.
Akihira and Ichitsu look up at them.
"The heck?! This guy is on par with Rolgith." Akihira thinks with fear.
"If not stronger...Five? That's how many of these monsters there are?!" Ichitsu thinks with fear.
"You dare defy the orders of the King? He ordered us to return to the plateau." The Mysterious man said to Rolgith in an angry tone.
Then the light purple aura intensified and grew darker as it expanded around him, and the two auras clashed, making the ground shake with intensity.
"Alright, fine." Rolgith says.
As he says that his green aura fades away.
"You're both slowly going to die anyway, wish I could have stuck around to see it." Rolgith says with a dark look in his eyes.
Both Akihira and Ichitsu pass out as he says that and fly away. As they leave, the townsfolk come back and see akihira and ichitsu on the ground.
"There they are!" someone says to the other people.
"Carry them up to the camp!" Another person says.
The townsfolk carry Akihira and Ichitsu to their campsite and then say their final goodbyes to the dead after they bury them.
Akihira gasped as his eyes shot open—
But everything around him was unfamiliar.
A vast, empty space. Mist curling through the void. Silence.
"Where... am I? Wait—this place... it feels familiar. I've been here before... before I woke up in Farvein."
A voice echoed through the emptiness—distorted and haunting, but not unfamiliar.
"So... you've awakened your power."
Akihira spun around, eyes narrowing.
"You again? What is this place? Am I dead?"
The voice chuckled lowly.
"Not yet. But you're close—closer than ever. Still... you can't afford to die here, can you?"
Akihira's fist clenched as memories flashed through his mind—Kushi, Sugita, the promise he made.
"That's right... I made a vow to Mr. Fukuhei. I can't die yet. I WON'T die yet!"
From the shadows, a shape began to form. A twisting figure cloaked in darkness. It looked at him with a strange smile.
"You truly are kin—"
Before the voice could finish, the figure flickered and vanished, dissolving into the mist.
"Wait! What were you going to say?!" Akihira shouted, but the silence swallowed his voice.
In the next instant—he woke up, gasping for air, his heart pounding in his chest.
After Akihira wakes up, he sees ichitsu unconscious next to him, he walks out of the tent and sees a lot of trees that had been cut down.
"What is going on here?" Akihira thinks to himself
He then hears sounds that seem to be like people talking, he rushes towards the voices. When he finally get's out of the forest, he sees the town's people hard at work rebuilding the destroyed buildings. Everyone looked at him in silence, but then suddenly they all started cheering for him.
"What in the worl-" Akihira stops as he sees everyone run towards him.
"ALL CHEER FOR ONE OF OUR SAVIOURS!" The town's mayor said.
Then all the citizens of Farvein grabbed Akihira and started throwing him up in the air.
