Sirens, they ravage the seas for ages. They were once stopped by ships that came from the age of sails. And from time to time they keep coming back. As time goes by they become stronger and stronger.
We, the Azur Lane, are the ones who will fight the Siren invasion. We are ships improved through the technology of the Sirens stole by the people who fought and learned about the Sirens. Wisdom Cube as they call it, the technology that was stolen from the Sirens in the second major mirror sea way back 1915. They called it as such because of its ability to create us, ships, into humanoid beings we are now.
Because of this breakthrough, humanity doesn't fight naval wars anymore. They left the fighting for us, ships. It is our duty and responsibility to defend our homeland and fend off any invasion from the Sirens.
Azur Lane forces in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii was attacked by the Sirens. Luckily, Eagle Union's main fleet was docked there and the siren attack was repelled. A few days later, the leader of each navy held a meeting at the port near Strait of Malacca which is owned by the Sakure Empire.
"The Siren opened another mirror sea somewhere in the Pacific. Our intel report says the mirror sea opened 50 KMs away from Diomede Island." Kirov told them while pointing on Diomede Island in the map
"Base on our recent battle report we spotted a Siren in humanoid form. It is our first time to encounter a Siren ship in such form. We even looked in the archives of the past Mirror Seas but we didn't saw any reports of a humanoid ship, only mass-produced ones." Enterprise relayed to the board.
"It looks like the Sirens are building new ships to replace its mass-produced ones?" King George V asked the board.
"It is not just any other ship. It has cannons different from ours. The humanoid has 4 cannons with an electric-like power." Enterprise informed King George V.
"We need to reinforce our shores and make a task force to investigate this new mirror sea. Bismarck suggested.
Nagato, Richelieu, Jean Bart, Yat Sen, and Littorio were just listening to the four.
"I agree to miss bismarck. I think all we can do is to prepare and investigate." Yat Sen suddenly spoke.
"Well. What do you think?" Enterprise asked them.
"Da" Kirov agreed.
"Si" Littorio agreed.
"Ja" Bismarck agreed.
"Hai" Nagato agreed.
"Oui" Richelieu agreed.
"Shi" Yat Sen agreed.
"Oui" Jean Bart agreed.
"Yes" King George V agreed.
"It is decided then. Now the next thing that we need is the investigation team." Enterprise told them.
"Since it is in Diomede Island, maybe the investigation will be from Nothern Parliament, Eagle Union, and Sakura Empire," Kirov suggested.
"I can't see any problems with that." Jean Bart told them.
"Now we need to create the task force for the investigation," Kirov stated.
"Since its a joint operation, we need at least 1 fleet from Eagle Union, Northern Parliament, Sakura Empire," Nagato suggested.
"I want to suggest a reinforcement fleet in case of an ambush we encounter," Enterprise added.
The other leaders are silently listening to the meeting.
"No problems for me," Kirov replied
"Okay, well then. The meeting is adjourned." Enterprise announced. They all readied their way home. Suddenly the alarms went on.
"Alert!!! Siren fleet approaching!! All ships to your battle station." Fubuki relayed on the radio.
"They are here already," Takao said while pulling her sword.
"Ara... ara... Takao, you are as serious as ever." Atago told her.
"Nee-san, the enemy is up ahead," Takao replied.
"Ara... let's finish the enemy," Atago replied.
Meanwhile at the docks.
"Sheffield, Javelin, and Belfast ready for an assault. Lady Illustrious and Lady Unicorn provide air support." King George V ordered.
"Yes, your majesty." They replied.
"Cleveland, Laffey, Cooper provide fire support. Pennsylvania, Washington provide anti-air support. I will do the rest." Enterprise ordered.
"Mam yes, Mam." They replied
"Fraulein Eugen, Z23, and Fraulein Hipper ready for battle. Graf Zeppelin provide air support. Schwester Tirpitz we will provide the shelling." Bismarck ordered.
"Ja." They replied.
"Takao, Atago, and Ayanami secure the perimeter. Shoukaku, Zuikaku, Taihou, provide air superiority. Ise, Kirishima, and Suruga support Illustrious-san and Unicorn-san with anti-air cover.
"Hai. Nagato-sama." They replied.
