When Kat finished retelling her story she laid back and just enjoyed the sound of the rain for a few moments. She'd retold it a bunch at this point but it didn't get any less crazy. Plus, she'd gone into extra detail about just how awesome and helpful Lily had been at the end. Turning her girlfriend into an embarrassed mess even in her Memphis form. Honestly, it had been nice to explain that all to everyone.
"It's rather shocking to hear that you were responsible for saving a world and have that be the truth, perhaps twice over," said Gareth. Green was nodding along with him while laying across his legs.
"Yeah that shit is wild," added Kress. "I mean, the fact you can get so much stronger so easily is kinda bullshit but then again… it's not like I went and saved a world personally now is it? I wonder… think Stan could ever do something like that?"
