As a result of the no-clear winner of WW3, The second Cold War broke out, and as in the first Cold War, they wanted to outdo one another, and with this, they decided to fight for who could travel time first to fix the earth and their mistakes.
After 2 years of experimenting, 3 Sazanami appeared around the world.
Africa, the western side of Asia, and South America all lost to the invaders.
Weeks after the appearance of the Sazanami, human beings have found salvation in their superpowers brought by the Sazanamis.
With the battle powers set all out, the war once again started.
